Where is your attention?

That’s where your life force is flowing right now.

If your attention is on anything but the idea, person, place or thing you are genuinely interested in spending time with, stop.

Stop.

Breathe.

If you could draw a line around your life right now – and choose what sort of feeling energy you allow in there – what would you choose?

Quiet peace. Presence. Creative calm.

Decide.

Find the center of your body.

Breathe in, gathering toward that center. Breathe out, radiating from that center.
