Holding your thoughts on these things that you are trying to stop.In energy terms, focusing on these things only makes them more real. Your gaze is energy and it amplifies whatever it touches.
This won't make any kind of sense to you unless you try it.Shift your attention from the flow of negativity in your life, the way that moonlight glances from one thing to another as the moon crosses the sky.
