In my world today: My husband and I are having one of our morning talks in the kitchen. Though we’re discussing money and our future, the conversation is generous and open-hearted.
As we share an omelet and our second cup – mine is tea, his is Bulletproof coffee, we are both breaking ancient patterns – generations of family programming around scarcity and blame.
In a little while, he’ll go out to meet a new client and I’ll head off to yoga. Both of us knowing we are loved and supported – both of us knowing that because we were willing to tell the truth and to listen from love, our world and the wider world of which we’re a part, had a little healing today.
