Wisdom Series: Jen Louden – on teaching, vulnerability and crossing the gap from fear to authenticity
In which Jen Louden and I got to talking about teaching, learning and what happens when a teacher holds the space of open vulnerability. I loved this conversation and I think you will, too.
Jen Louden is a personal growth pioneer who helped launch the self-care movement with her first book The Woman’s Comfort Book. She’s the author of 5 additional books on well-being and whole living, including The Life Organizer, that have inspired more than a million women in 9 languages. Jen has spoken around the world on self-care, written a national magazine column, and even sat on Oprah’s couch talking about the power of retreats. She co-created the beloved program TeachNow that has helped over 650 graduates thrive through inspired teaching.
You can learn more about TeachNow here. (Full disclosure: this is an affiliate link which means that I receive payment if you sign up for Jen’s program through this link. I participate in just a handful of affiliate programs – and all of them are offered by teachers from whom I have learned something special. Jen Louden is certainly one of those teachers.)
