How we work:

I ask you to tell me everything. I listen without interrupting, without commenting, until you're finished. This isn't just courtesy — it's sacred practice. Your story has its own architecture, its own musical score. Interrupt it and the structure collapses.

As you speak, I track what's happening in multiple registers — the emotional crescendos, the places where your body shifts, the patterns that want to complete themselves. Often we move into imaginal space together, a kind of waking dream work where we can witness what's happening as if it's on a stage, with you safe in the audience and me beside you. From there, you can experiment. Try saying something different. Move an object. See what happens.

This work is trauma-sensitive, collaborative, and embodied. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or spiritual bypassing. You remain in control. I witness and guide. Together we discover what wants to shift.
